Modifying Review As a seller

Is there any way to change my feedback as a seller? I have mistakenly given 4- star instead of 5-star review?Really he was a great buyer.

You could ask CS to change it for you, but you would have to word your request perfectly. You still might risk getting a warning for discussing reviews. Or if a CS representative skims instead of reads and mistakes the request. Or if it’s flagged by the automated system.

With CS being overburdened, it’s really not worth it.
