Money deducted but order wasnt placed

Today i requested one of the sellers a custom order. I entered my credit card credentials and placed order the next screen showed me that transaction can not be processed contact fiverr support, tried to place order 3 times, the money was deducted from my account but order was never placed. Any suggestions ?

This is a bug that happens sometimes. Dont worry, just contact customer support and explain the situation and they will sort it out for you although it can take up to 24-48 hours.
