Money not showing in bank account

Hi Everyone!
I am new to fiverr and I recently got a withdrawal initiated for my first payment of $4 through paypal.
The withdrawal was initiated on 18th October in my time zone. I followed all the steps correctly and today it is 21st October and no money has shown in my bank account yet.
Can anyone tell me if I should wait longer or contact customer support for the same?
How much longer should I wait?
