So, guys, i tried to pay for a gig, but it was written, that a transaction was cancelled, like “process can not be completed”, but in a few minutes i got a message on my phone, that money were taken. decided to repeat an action and got the same situation, so i paid 10 $ for nothing. what should i do ?

Ah good the reply can take a bit when they are busy with many requests, I think the site says up to 24 hours, but I got reply much quicker than than that usually.
