Multiple buyer's request on app but not a single one on web

I’m new to fiver so I’m still a new seller. I have been waiting for a buyer’s request(using the web) for some time now without getting one but today I decided to check it on the app … there were 8 BR. I reloaded the web page of my BR but it was still not showing a BR. Has anyone had this issue before?

It happens usually… when you find buyer request send request according to your choice.
