I just had a buyer order 4 times and wanting to cancel all 4 orders, he did buy a gig and said it was a mistake, this made my cancel ratio jump from 1% to 2%, how can this be fixed
Talk to customer service. Did he provide instructions when he bought or did he demand a cancellation right away? Sometimes people order by mistake.
He ordered by mistake, but it effected my cancel ratio, not sure if I should be to worried,
If the cancellations were mutual, there shouldn’t be reason to worry.
