Multiple Orders Earnings

I just completed multiple orders from a customer. She bought 3 of my premium package (50$ each). Simple Math, I should’ve earned 150$ (120$ after reduced by 20% charge from Fiverr) and my completed order section does showed that 150$. However, in the Net income and Pending Clearance section, it’s only showed 40$. Can anybody tell me if this normal or not?
I am very new to Fiverr and this is also my first order. Hope someone can tell me what’s happening

I saw some people complaining about similar problems here on the forum. In the end, they were directed to Customer Support. You should do the same and tell CS what happened. Hopefully, they will be able to help you.

Thanks Virginia, I’ve contacted the Customer Support but they haven’t reply to my message.

They usually reply within 24h.
