I provide Sponsor Post on editorial Website. Buyer purchased my Gig and quantity was 4. My Question is if only 2 post approved and 2 rejected… will buyer pay me half or gig remains incomplete.

The buyer doesn’t owe you anything unless you deliver in full. There are no partial refunds on Fiverr.

I don’t think you can do that. You should only offer services that you can deliver in full and in a timely manner. It can be tricky with multiples. You can limit your queue to 1 which would stop 2 different buyers from ordering 2 separate gigs at the same time, but I don’t think you can do that with multiples.

On my gigs I include requests in my description and FAQ to encourage buyers to contact me if they want to order more than 1 at a time, but they can technically ignore that and order more. I had to also increase delivery times some to make sure I could cover orders for multiples. If you know that you might not be able to provide more than 1 or 2 of something no matter how much time you have, it may not be a good idea to offer it on Fiverr.
