Music CD Album Cover and Business Card Buyer Rights for Promotional Use

Hi everyone, I would like to know if buyers have full commercial and/or promotional rights for use after they purchase any kind of graphic design gig? For instance, I sell music CD album covers and business cards, but I have them set as normal/basic (or whatever you call it) gigs, both also set for all three pricing package options. However, I don’t have any other options set for them for commercial and/or promotional rights/use purposes in my “Scope and Pricing” section of my gigs. This is because I’m not a professional or expert on certain things, such as social media kits, 3D mockups, etc. WIll buyers be able to at least automatically get basic commercial and/or promotional rights and/or use after they purchase any of my gigs and their package options?
