Music Gigs and "Work-For-Hire"

Greetings:

I’m new to this site and have some questions on buying services (music gigs). I plan on recording an original song and would need to own full rights to all the musical arrangements. I would need each musician to sign a “work-for-hire” agreement. Has anyone gone through this path? If so, how did you go about this? Any information on “work-for-hire” agreements on Fiverr is appreciated.

Did you get anywhere with this topic? I would also like to produce custom music, but keep all the right to myself, so essentially offering custom made music, but with a royalty-free use licence for the customers video projects etc.
