Mutual cancellation effected my order completion rate

I have submitted a request about the mutual cancellation 13 days ago and Fiverr just responded to me with an auto-generated reply. My query was basically about the mutual cancellation. The buyer did not provide me proper requirements and he admitted that he provided me a source full of bugs then he created a dispute and he wrote the reason “seller is so cooperative but could not provide him the complete requirements” and I accept the dispute. As it was my first project, my order completion rate has fallen to 0% but the Fiverr support team could do anything yet.
