Mutual Cancellation missing on Fiverr!

Good Day Everyone!
Please, can anyone help me with the mutual cancellation on Fiverr? I cannot see a mutual cancellation request anymore, everything I can see here seems to have an effect on the gig on the search engine, and the ratings itself. How do I go about this, please?

Jen,

You just click on “Having issues with your order? -Resolve Now”. Tell your buyer why you want to cancel. When they buyer accepts the cancellation it’s considered a “mutual cancellation”.

Thanks for your message. But when you click cancel the order, it warns you of three things: Placement in Fiverr search engine etc… That’s my fear actually!

According to CS you don’t have to worry about it as long as it’s a mutual cancelation.
