Well, your gigs offer ‘data mining’ so I assume that the buyer thought you could find the data they’re after.

If you can’t then please cancel the order before it goes any further.

It would seem a bit strange for somebody to want ‘future’ data anyway to be honest - how can you collect data on events which haven’t yet happened?
