My account got permanently disabled. Please help me

Hi, my account got permanently disabled on Fiverr. I just want to know that the 105$ that’s in the pending clearance will get to me after 90 days? Or they just give me the available withdrawal money(8$)?
And to make more clear that the 105$ that’s in the pending has nothing to do with the warnings that I recieved, the warning is due to other 100$ order. I look forward for your response guys. Thanks
