My account got restricted after submitting id

I submitted all my legal NID and photo for verification of my account… But they have restricted my account instead of verifying.
I contacted with support they gave me another link to verify, i submitted new id photos again but still its restricted.
What to do?? I am worried cause this account is my only income source. Help me

Yes i got the solve. I have done my verification with my nid. Main fact is you have to submit a CLEAR IMAGE. Like SUPER clear… So that your photo in id card and card number can be recognised easily… In my case, that was the main prob
