My account has been temporarily disabled

Hello guys,
I want to ask you some informations about my temporarily disabled account . I was verifying my account many times and because of the bad quality of the pictures and the internet problem , my account hasn’t been verified and my account has been temporarily disabled because of this.
Please help me.
