My account is disable after creating new gig the

#1

I have created a new gig for my service but however, don’t the gig does not comply with Fiverr’s policy and automatic removed, after a few minutes later my account is also disabled.
As there are only gigs running in my account but, once I create 3rd one the gig it auto removed and my account also.

But I have used more my account for buying the service just started new gigs for service. I already give many projects on Fiverr and now without thinking about my buyer account, they disabled my account.

I have contacted the support team they answered the same every time your account will remain disabled.

can I get my account back?

Hi @thomasrob507,

From your post I understand you had 2 accounts which is a violation of Fiverr’s TOS.

https://fiverr.com/thomasrob507 (active with no gigs displaying)

http://fiverr.com/qualityguest (disabled)

Hi,

As maitasun pointed out, you are in violation of the ToS… It doesn’t matter to Fiverr whether you are a million-dollar-buyer or a seller on this platform. A violation is a violation, irrespective of who you are.

They will continue to disable any future accounts you make on Fiverr too… I’d suggest that you contact CS first and sort this out with them.

This one I have created yesterday to complete my projects after getting disabled my first account http://fiverr.com/qualityguest.

Then how is this possible?

#5

What do you mean? What part of “creating more than one account is not allowed” don’t you understand? If your account is disabled, you have to contact CS first and sort it out with them first. Creating multiple accounts is not gonna help. Only if Fiverr gives you permission to create another account can you create another one.

Kindly read first, This account is created yesterday through my friend and my account is disabled for creating new gig.

Also please read what the CS reply of every time -

Hi Rob,

I looked into this for you and Your Gigs offered on Fiverr have been reported to violate a third party’s terms of service. Sellers advertising their Gig on Fiverr must comply with the terms of service of the platform or relevant website used to offer services for. Fiverr’s content is based on User Generated Content (UGC). We do not check user uploaded/created content for violations of copyright, trademarks or other rights. We only remove Gigs for third-party terms of service violations if reported by the relevant third party.

As a result of this complaint, your account has been reviewed by our Trust & Safety Team, and permanently disabled. Please refer to this link, outlining our Terms of Service.

It is you who needs to read this-

I am sorry to say but this  means that you are not allowed to buy or sell on Fiverr anymore.

#8

So, there is your answer and still you insisted in opening a new account and offering gigs such of a kind.

#9

Violating the TOS is taken very seriously on fiverr. As the support said, you can’t get that particular account back

#10

That’s why I told you kindly, Please read the buyer’s favor first and understand it.
In this way, you should not say anything without thinking, just as you had tweeted.

Thank you very much.

#11

Yes, I also respect every websites policy and terms where I am working.

Violation is violation Whether it is deliberately or unknowingly.

Thank you for your valuable feed back.

now please suggest how can i get my account back as the CS team doesn’t understand my situation.

#12

Please try to understand, there is no way to get back your account and I would suggest you to contact CS for permission on your new account unless you want it to be disabled too.

Also, please carefully read Fiverr’s TOS https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service?source=footer

EDIT: I’m really starting to think seriously on opening the thread @arafatjamil01 suggested me about a mandatory TOS Test to be taken by all sellers

Ok, Thank you for your suggestion, I will try to contacting them again.
