Then you might have to wait for Customer Support to check your account for violations. Or you can submit a ticket to them and ask them for help.

obviously, you cant withdraw any money, you need to wait maybe 30 or 60 days

Ohh,I have the same problem I guess I have to wait for 60 days…I sent Fiverr a ticket and it’s been 24 days now and I haven’t gotten a reply
