My account is restricted for no reason

my account was login on my android phone as well as in my laptop to today i was looking for quotes when i click on it automatically sign out i don’t know what happened. now i checked during creating this topic my gigs are denied i dont know why all 7 gigs are denied not even a single gig? what i have to do now need experts opinions
