Why was it restricted? If you violate TOS, then it’s only fair that your account gets restricted.
they will respond you, then it will be ok as the case

Still dont know the reason. i was warned first time because of a bad buyer, she requested extra work and i couldnt do it, then she complained with wrong details, now fiverr said this was your second warning and they restricted my account. still i dont know the reason. i was a level 2 seller and have completed 800+ orders.
