I need serious help with my account. I was asked to verify my ID which I did but not accepted due to low quality of the image they complained about. This led to temporary ban of my account. I contact fiverr support and I was told to upload another one. I have uploaded another one since yesterday now and I haven’t gotten any reply about the status nor been verified. The temporary bann is still on my account. I have text the fiverr support back but no reply since yesterday.
