My account Restricted, How to do Fix my account

Unsolicited Messages Violation

Your account was flagged for sending spam messages. Our communication tool is designed to allow our sellers and buyers to communicate and conduct their business in an easy and effective manner. We ask that you do not send spam messages to users, for example, unsolicited, unclear, promotional, and out of context messages.

Is your account restricted or did you just received a warning?

If your account is permanently restricted you can’t fix that or if it’s for temporary you can contact customer support of Fiverr

I have been informed from fiver that they are reviewing my account.

After completing review Fiverr will email you regarding the issue wait until Fiverr send you email

It’s not restricted, fiverr sent you a warning for sending spam messages. You might have sent same messages to many people/ sent messages to your previous clients/ sent messages that is not supported by fiverr TOS. If you don’t stop doing this and get two more warning within 60 days your account will be banned.
