My account seems to have downgraded to level 1

Hi, I have about 500 completed sales within a couple of months and my canceled orders are only 30, which make close to 30% of cancellation rate. My account suddenly has downgraded to Level 1 and there seems to be no reason for it. My clients wish to buy the extras I have referred to in descriptions of my gigs but they can’t as they see no extras on my gigs. I have been receiving queries on this from my new clients for 24 hours now. I am having to either ask buyers to wait or buy multiple gigs for full services (which is very inconvenient because they cannot even choose multiple gigs at once). Can someone Please Help?
