My account was restricted, disabled

My account was restricted due to identification error or something,
I didn’t know it was the cause but days before the cancellation, I received a notification to update my ID, which I did then about 2 days later I woke up to see my account restricted with active orders in it
I was shocked and quickly contacted customer support telling them that I made no offense , they said the account is under review and will let me know as soon due to identification ,
Then I got another message from another personnel that the account is disabled and cannot be reinstated
Pls guys I need to know if someone has also gotten through the same type of problem
And what I need to do to get it solved
