Hello, any cancellation will harm your analytics. Ask him on the order page if it’s alright to go ahead and complete the correct order that he should have ordered? If he needs to pay more you can send him an offer for the extra amount. The alternative is to cancel the order and ask him to purchase the correct one.

Okay, I think so.

Although they choose wrong gig but we’re can work on this gig with same price.
