My buyer give me tips but not reviews. Don’t know what to do.

It is up to a buyer as to whether they wish to leave a review or not.

There have been many forum posts where sellers have got a warning for discussing a review.

Best to leave it and move on.

No it’s not. Everyone can ask about feedback. But can’t mention About any positive, good, 5 stars… like that. I was contact the CS and I asked about this. And that CS member told about this.

It happens, sometimes people don’t have the time to leave reviews. I usually suggest customers leave a short review if they have a second. 88% percent of my orders completed have left a review & I’m close to 200 completed orders. The best of luck going forward.

don’t worry. it happens. happened to me too. the buyer was super happy. logged off and never returned, since she/he had what he wanted. at least that is how i explain it to myself. 🙂

It also happened with me…she was very pleased and give me tips…some new buyer dont understood about rating…And some buyer give good comments but give 4 star…because they are new and they dont understood it…no tension carry on…

Why would you do that? All through out this thread the OP has been warned that contacting the buyer to mention anything about a review could cause them to get a warning.

Don’t Force your Buyer for a feedback it against of Fiverr T&C. Some buyer gives tips but shouldn’t place a review. So better idea is ignore this and go ahead. Best Wishes for you.

Ahahah, I love the consistency so much.

Anyway, my advice is as following - when closing an order, just write “Please let me know what you think”. Avoid the word feedback, regardless of what CS says. They can’t be trusted.
