I have a problem , one buyer requested a translation which I delivered on time but he keeps rejecting it with no reason at all… I donno how can I get my money !
When buyers reject they are supposed to provide a reason why. If the buyer is not doing so I would suggest contacting customer support.
I got a negative review for no reason. I had 100% rating and now it has gone down. Do you think it will effect my long term sales. It has for the time being :S
