Yes, you can! Go to Resolution Center and then select Review Change or something like that.

It has been posted on the Forum that CS will not change reviews even if the buyer made a mistake.

Furthermore, those that have requested the feedback to be changed have received warnings for attempting to manipulate reviews! :scream:

Yes, very sure. I have been on the Forum for almost two years and sellers have come here telling of their experience with requesting review changes through CS and the outcome was not good. :wink:
