Even though the buyer might tell you to inbox him, don’t! It’s against the Fiverr TOS to directly message a buyer. You could get your account restricted!

Longer answer: The buyers are likely new and don’t yet know that what they’re asking is against the ToS.

The person is not your buyer unless they contact you through your inbox first and then accept your custom offer. Or, if they book your gig directly. Until then they are a prospective buyer.
