One of my buyer wants to cancel his order, though I’ve done all the requirments which had the ordered gig. But he said to cancel now. What can do I now?

We aren’t going to decide who is right and who is wrong or advise with no information.
When you don’t give context, it makes you look like you did something wrong.
You have not mentioned the reason of cancellation that your buyer would have mentioned.
There must be a reason for that
If the buyer is not satisfied and the order is not cancelled, then you will get your money but probably get a bad review. One has to consider that too.
