My Delivery Time Percentage Disappeared

I have been on Fiverr since 2014 and I constantly hold a 99% positive rating from my wonderful clients, however I am now seeing that my delivery time is at 0%. I am positive that this is a technical error and request the Fiverr Team to adjust this error accordingly.

You need to contact Customer Support, because this is NOT a system-wide issue.
Create a bug ticket with them.
