I found live portfolio in the profile looks pretty amazing for the sellers to make portfolio without any extra hassle.

Yes It definitely does. but this opportunity only goes under top rated/Pro verified sellers to have.

I think you may be confusing live portfolio and project portfolio?

Live portfolio is available to all sellers. Project portfolio, which I think you may be referring to (?) is for Pro and TRS.
