Connect to your target customers, and convince them to hire you. This is what every other business does to gain customers. This is what you will have to do as well. Fiverr does not guarantee sales, they do not guarantee success, and they do not guarantee orders just because you have services hosted on Fiverr. You still need to do the work, marketing, promotion, research, etc to gain the sales you want, and achieve the kind of success you have, presumably, planned for.

Set goals, and work hard to achieve them. This is how you earn orders, and how you find success – in any business, as well as here on Fiverr.
