My first order was cancelled

I had to accept that the buyer cancelled the order. He didn’t want to hear about a revision… the work was great and I am afraid he will use it anyway even though he didn’t pay me. And now I don’t receive orders anymore. I don’t know what to do.

Did you contact fiverr support prior to that?

Did you send him screenshot of TOS where is says that he is not legible for the refund? Or did you just agreed to cancel the order and hurt your statistics?

I contacted the support but they said I had to come to agreement with the buyer… And I didn’t get any refund.
