My fiverr account disabled

Hello! I had been reading and I have a comun problem: my fiverr account was disabled and I don´t know why :frowning:

Fiverr send message on email:

[This message was triggered by one of the following:
You either requested us to disable your account or that your account was flagged by our system as violating our Terms of Service and/or other policies.

Any available balance that remains in your account after 90 days, will be available for withdrawal pending account verification and approval by our team]

I didn´t know why they disabled my account, so I submit a request. I try to access to forum (and help center) to found orientation and help, but I could´nt because my account was disable. So I opened other account (this, Asteroidia) for access to forum and send again a new request about problem with my original account. So, Fiverr Support send me a email with the reason of problem of my original account:

Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community is disabled. As a result, your account has been reviewed by our Trust & Safety Team, and permanently disabled.

If you have funds available in your Fiverr account, please contact us 90 days after the date on which you received notification your account was disabled, and we will gladly assist you.]

All this It´s a horrible mistake, and it´s frustrating. I don´t know what to do. I sent other request, I hope resolve this soon :cry:

We really cannot help you with this problem. Revisit the TOS


Sad to hear! but there is nothing possible to do if this happens, but you can avoid this to happen again by reading all TOS of fiverr i believe there might be something that you missed & gone against the TOS of fiverr, one the most important reason i think will be, using multiple accounts or Using fiverr on any VPN, so avoid these alsooooooooooooooooo

Unless there was a terrible mistake, accounts will not be disabled for no reason.
What was your gig about? What did you offer?
Did you try to contact your buyer outside Fiverr?


My gigs was about hold a sign with logo o message on beach and one about body paint. Supportman explain to me that already disabled my account, unfortunately. Now I have to wait 90 days to contact fiverr again (It´s a lot of time! :frowning: ) to withdrawn all my funds (Will I get all my funds or I lose them?)

I need work again, so can I use this account to start again without fear that they close it for the previous mistake?

Did you get your funds? what about new account? Is it fine?
