Hello! I had been reading and I have a comun problem: my fiverr account was disabled and I don´t know why
Fiverr send message on email:
[This message was triggered by one of the following:
You either requested us to disable your account or that your account was flagged by our system as violating our Terms of Service and/or other policies.
Any available balance that remains in your account after 90 days, will be available for withdrawal pending account verification and approval by our team]
I didn´t know why they disabled my account, so I submit a request. I try to access to forum (and help center) to found orientation and help, but I could´nt because my account was disable. So I opened other account (this, Asteroidia) for access to forum and send again a new request about problem with my original account. So, Fiverr Support send me a email with the reason of problem of my original account:

All this It´s a horrible mistake, and it´s frustrating. I don´t know what to do. I sent other request, I hope resolve this soon
