An year ago i have created fiverr account and got some sales on that account, but account was disabled in replies that "you are using multiple account on same IP but i wasn’t " I had only one account. Then i left that account, and create this new Account

If your account was disabled you need to ask Customer Support for permission to open a new account.
If you have not done so your new account is likely to be disabled.
