My Fiverr was temporarily disabled recently

Good day all, Please I really do need advise on how to get my account back to normal again as my account was temporarily disabled recently and it is really worrisome. This happened after failed verification attempts and I haven’t gone against any of the Fiverr TOC to my knowledge.
Please, your advice and opinion will be very much of help here. Thanks
