My Friend’s Account was disabled and funds won’t be available for 90 days. After 90 days would she be asked to verify identity before withdrawal?

She wasn’t able to verify it during the 14 day period, and then the account got disabled so I wanna know if after 90 days she’ll be asked to verify account before withdrawal or the withdrawal is automatic without more requirements?

She tried twice during the 14 day period and it didn’t work, so she’s worried that after 90 days Fiverr would force her to verify and it won’t work, then she’ll loose the money?
