My gig dashboard

In my gig dashboard there is red color triangle sign saying that require update , i have done all things properly… now what should i do , i m new seller… is this the main reason not getting orders…

That means there is something about your gig that needs to be updated. Go through it carefully, make sure it doesn’t break TOS, ensure everything is completed … and, the one I was caught out with at first was a link that shouldn’t have been there.

i have carefully checked many times and ensure that everything is completed. But even the problem is there… :thinking:

If you’ve checked everything, completed all the metadata, made sure you have all the boxes fillled and it still has the little red triangle, your only recourse is to ask CS what the problem is. Be prepared to wait a few days to get a response …
