My gig doesn't show in the search result

I uploaded my 3 gigs one month ago. Then when I search for my gig as a buyer I didn’t saw my gig in the search result. Then I saw it from Fiverr that my gig is active but the Fiverr team needs further review to appear them on the search result. Well, I was waiting. When I saw nothing has happened then I contacted the support team. They send me an auto-reply email. But I didn’t get any HUMAN response from Fiverr for one month. Why did this happen? How to fix these issues? If any problem with my gig, then why I didn’t get any response from Fiverr about my fault?
