My gig won't let me publish it

I spent a few hours putting together my gig and I’m really happy with how it turned out. However, it won’t let me publish it because it says I need to take the English Skills Test. I’m working as a freelance Website Content Writer, but I’m confused because I already took the test when I started my account (I got a perfect score on it). I figured it wouldn’t hurt to take it again, but when I click “Take Test” I get the following message: “ErrorId 211 : The user is stuck in the retake wait period”

Anyone able to help? I’ve scoured the fiverr website and can’t find any email or phone number to contact a customer support. Kind of a bummer. Anyone here able to help?
