My gig won't publish!

I’m not sure this is the right place to put this article as I new to the fiverr. Recently I trying to add new gig. All the things are correct. there are no any warning or anything. Just perfect. But when I trying to publish it it won’t publish it’s just redirect to the edit gig first step. Already put support ticket 2 days ago. Still no answer from them. Anyone know how to fix this?
