My gigs do not appear in search

Hi all,
I modified one of my existing gigs and created a new one, its almost a month and both of my gigs do not appear in search when I check the status of my gigs it says
“Looks like your Gig is active but needs further review from our side to appear in search results. Please contact us so we can check your Gig and help you out.”
I have submitted a request to publish my gigs in search results a couple of times but the issue is still not resolved.
for how long I should wait?
