My gigs has 16 reviews but not comes to first 10 pages?

My fiver https://www.fiverr.com/rising_tech/design-awsome-professional-logo-banner-poster-in-24-hrs gigs has 16 (5.0 reviews) but no clicks and impressions is coming and not come in first 10 pages. what to do any suggestion ?

I read somewhere in the Forum that Fiverr changed the search results to put newer sellers at the top so that they would have a chance too! That could be why you’re not in the first few pages because you already have some reviews and sales!

Thank you for your suggestion but i have spent 3 years not getting such a good result i want to improve what can i do ?
