My Gigs won\'t show on the app

Hey, I’m new to Fiverr and I recently posted a gig and when I go on the website it shows it but not on the app. It says I have no active gigs so it won’t let me go on Buyer’s Request and things like that. I also saw a message that asked me to confirm my email and when I tried to enter it, it said that email was already being used. But I never received an email from the app nor did I confirm anything.
What’s going on?
