My inbox not showing any message reply option

Hi, from last 18 hours 11 buyer contact me for work or order purpose, i am unable to send them a single reply. I don’t know why this occur , i allready try 3 different device and also change my ip or clear cookies, its not work, my response rate also get down. and i am afraid, few buyer may be think that i ignore them.My english is not so good, i hope i can explain my problem. I allready submit ticket and waiting for their response , i am so worried about this issue from last night, many new messeges in my inbox, feel very confused

I am experiencing the same issue bro. Since two days now, I cannot reply a message or send a new message. The reply box is now showing. We need help.
