My inbox show wrong date and time

On 13 September 2020 I received two messages first approximately at 5 am but my inbox shows 5 pm and the current time is 3:26 pm but inbox show 3:26 am also second buyer message had the same problem he sends me a message on 13 September and the inbox show 6 September and also AM and PM mistake it affects my response time to 31 hours.

Please let me know if anyone has found the solution. I am facing the same time difference issue. It is affecting my response rate and order delivery time as well.
