My last cancelled order was over a month ago... why is my completion rate still not 100%?

I have completed 100% of orders in the last 30 days, but my order completion rate is 98%. I’m not complaining necessarily, just confused - is this a glitch or am I misunderstanding what completion rate means? Thanks!

Yep. It takes the last sixty days into consideration, not thirty. So, you’ll have to wait for at least two months.
