It happened twice already. I received a message on January 27th and I answered at the same day. Yesterday I saw my first red flag saying that the customer was waithing for my answer for 3 days, which is impossible because I make a registration to each inquiry that I receive, so no way… And now my response rate decreased.
And yesterday, also, I was contacted by another potential client and I answered imediatly. Today the message just vanished and I had to write everything again.
I contacted Support already but I would like to know if someone else is having the same problem or not. Thank you.
