My mother is sick. I can't give time for fiverr. Can I set out of office mode?

I am new to Fiverr, I have completed a month without any kind of order. Recently my mom have been suffering from cervical cancer. I have to look after her. So now I can’t spend so much time here .That’s why I am thinking, if I set out office mode is it affect my account in future? though I didn’t complete any kind of order yet.
Please guide me with your experiences.

If you do office mood then your gig ranking will be lost. Try to give as much time as you get. If not, get the order done with someone else. That will be good for you.

Deepest condolence to you. I understand how much stressed you and your family right now. Don’t worry about your account now. You simply can put out of the office. When you will be ready to provide service you simply can take off Out of office mode.

Focus on your mother. She needs your love and affection and most important “Care”.

I have completed a month without any kind of order.

In your case: You have nothing to loose. You have no orders/no reviews. You can put your profile on OOO mode or can even deactivate your account if its not possible to get back within a short amount of time say a month or two (I am just advising you for this because you can just start all fresh with a new account). So, Totally your choice !!! (Nothing to loose)

Make sure to save a copy of your gigs to prevent rewriting of all information again.

do it. a similar thing unfortunately happened to a seller while i was in order, we cancelled, i think she’s out of office or paused her gig for now. it’s cool. i wish you and your family all the best
